You can purchase LÙNAMI directly from the website www.lunamistudio.it or by contacting me on Instagram via DM. You can also visit the events page to find the closest one to you!
Can I change my order?
You can change your order until you receive the shipping confirmation email with the tracking code.
Can I cancel my order?

No, I'm sorry. All personalized pieces, both in composition and size, cannot be returned.
When will I receive my order?
Each piece is individually handcrafted it takes between 2-4 working days to prepare your order. Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and on your country.

STANDARD shipping

How can I track my order?
When I will ship your order you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow your package.
Jewels
What materials are they made of?
All jewels are made of stainless steel, resist oxidation, nickel free and naturally hypoallergenic. An 18k gold plating covers each golden jewel.
I can wear LÙNAMI jewelry if I have
a metal allergy?
Each LÙNAMI piece is handmade in stainless steel: one of the main properties of steel is to be hypoallergenic! They are all also nickel free.
How can I clean my jewelry?
Gently polish with a soft cloth. Don’t use any cleaning products as this can damage plating.
